Olive and Friends

As part of the Blog Tour for Olive and the Great Flood, I want to share with you this short video showing Olive as she interacts with her new friends on the ark with brief notes of what the book is about. You probably already know the story of Noah's Ark but not how special the little dove really was. This will also give you a glimpse of a few of the beautiful illustrations by Kathleen Bullock. Glimpses of Grace

 

 To catch a glimpse of God's grace

We need only to look around,

At any time or in any place

Evidence of God's grace may be found,

Just look at the world around you

And you will see this is true.

"...and from his fullness 

we have all received grace upon grace."

 

Life is much better when you laugh and play,

Take some time each day to pray,

Look for the good in everything,

Discover a joyful song to sing.

"Make a joyful noise to the Lord; 

break forth into joyous song and sing praises!"

The earth is filled with God's majesty,

This splendor crowns all of creation,

All that has been or that will be

Are touched with divine inspiration.

"Splendor and majesty are before him: 

strength and beauty are in his sanctuary."
